**About the Role...**

We are seeking a dynamic, results orientated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team in LEAN and safe operations at our Chevallum Branch.

Alspec is committed to providing exceptional customer service by supporting and developing staff in a safe work place.

Some of your key duties and responsibilities will include;
- Act and lead in a way that is consistent with Alspec’s R..E.S.P.E.C.T values
- Responsible for the Health & Safety of your designated team
- Responsible for the stock movement process ensuring stock is handled in a safe and orderly way
- Supervise the day to day activities of your staff ensuring excellent customer service, high productivity and ensuring an emphasis on providing a safe work environment
- Responsible for meeting daily KPI’s in labour, productivity, transport, and quality
- Monitor the accuracy for goods being dispatched, ensuring correct QA processes are being followed
- Work in collaboration with other functional departments within Alspec
- Work autonomously and set clear direction for staff

**About You...**

Ideally you will be;
- A natural leader with minimum 5 years warehouse management experience
- Experienced in the aluminium or building industry (preferred not essential)
- A team player adept at staff management
- Passionate, results driven with a very ‘hands on’ approach

Successful applicants will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing and must have contactable work references.
