Hudson Trade centre Mitre 10 Brookvale is on the lookout for a reliable, energetic Yard Hand to join our busyTrade Yard team. 

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role that's perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, variety in their day, and helping tradies and builders get what they need - fast You'll be doing everything from picking and packing orders, loading trucks, and keeping the yard in top shape, to delivering top-norch service to our trade customers.

Whether you're ready in the trade game or looking to break into it, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a trusted name in hardware.

What you will be doing:

Rolling up your sleeves for physical work (yes, there's some heavy lifting)Loading and unloading trucks with timber and building materialsKeeping stock organised and deliveries accurateHelping tradies in the yard and get their orders sorted quickly and efficientlyPicking and packing orders for deliveryReplenising stock and keeping the yard clean and safeWorking at pace, both solo and with the teamPutting safety and customer service front and centre every day

What you will bring:

A current forklift licence is a big plusA strong work ethic and a can-do attitudeGreat communication skills and a team-first mindsetTimber and hardware knowledge is handy but we'll teach you if you're keen to learnPhysically fit and ready to be on your feet all dayA sharp eye for detail and a sense of urgencyAvailability across weekdays (and the occasional Saturday morning when required)
