Are you hands-on, reliable, and ready to keep our dealership running like clockwork?

Heartland Motors Blacktown KIA is looking for a Yardperson – also known as a yard hand,

yard keeper, or dealership maintenance assistant – to join our friendly and professional team.

About the Role

As our Yardsperson, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day presentation and operation of

our dealership. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Moving, parking, and organising vehicles in the yard
  • Keeping the yard clean, tidy, and safe
  • Maintaining vehicle presentation (including washing and detailing as needed)
  • Assisting the sales and service teams with vehicle preparation
  • Conducting basic checks on vehicles and reporting any issues

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Holds a current manual driver's licence
  • Has good attention to detail and takes pride in presentation
  • Is reliable, punctual, and a great team player
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
