The Opportunity

This full-time position offers flexibility to be based at either of our Brisbane offices – on the northside at Stafford or the southside at Upper Mount Gravatt – allowing you to choose the location that best suits your lifestyle, or move between the offices as you please.

About You

We are looking for a solicitor with:

Essential Criteria:

  • A current practising certificate with at least 4 years post-admission experience (PAE) in Queensland

  • A positive attitude towards leadership, including mentoring early-career lawyers and support staff

  • Permanent work rights with no restrictions

  • A current driver's licence

  • The ability to provide a national police clearance certificate (required for PEXA registration)

Experience in two or more of the following practice areas is highly desirable:

  • Commercial Law

  • Litigation

  • Property (Residential and Commercial)

  • Succession Planning, Wills, and Estates

  • Family Law

While broad experience across these areas is advantageous, we value solicitors who bring unique strengths and are eager to grow within our team.
