David K Lawyers is a busy boutique property law firm located in Brisbane City, QLD. We specialise in property related transactions, with our major focus on development. Our two directors have collectively been in the industry for in excess of 42 years and have built up a reputation in Queensland and interstate for being one of the best development boutique law firms in SE Qld.

As part of our expansion and ongoing growth, we are looking to bring on a practitioner that shares the same passion and drive that both David and Anthony have.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced property Solicitor at David K Lawyers located in Brisbane City, QLD. The Solicitor will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to property transactions. The role is diverse and involves not only providing legal advice, drafting and negotiating transactions but also business development and marketing, and not in the drone-like manner that is commonly adopted. We do things differently and that difference is what has given our practice a true "boutique" edge. And this has been the proven in the continued growth and success of David K Lawyers.

Qualifications


• Personality is key and paramount


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Strong knowledge of property law and real estate


• Ability to work independently but more importantly as part of a team


• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills


• Bachelor's degree in Law


• Member of the Queensland Law Society
