What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 3–5 years in landscaping or grounds maintenance, with a desire to take the next step in your career.
  • Leadership Skills: A positive communicator who can motivate and guide a team.
  • Safety & Quality Focus: Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Team Spirit: Friendly, courteous, and collaborative with clients and colleagues.
  • Qualifications: Valid Driver's License, OHS White Card, Working with Children Check and Police Check (to be obtained prior to start date)
  • Location flexibility: Comfortable working across multiple sites in Sydney or Central Coast.

This is a full-time, permanent role offering above-award wages, negotiable based on experience.
