**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in landscaping or grounds maintenance, with a desire to take the next step in your career.
- **Leadership Skills**: A positive communicator who can motivate and guide a team.
- **Safety & Quality Focus**: Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- **Team Spirit**: Friendly, courteous, and collaborative with clients and colleagues.
- **Qualifications**: Valid Driver’s License, OHS White Card, Working with Children Check and Police Check _(to be obtained prior to start date)_
- **Location flexibility**: Comfortable working across multiple sites in Sydney or Central Coast.

This is a **full-time, permanent role** offering above-award wages, negotiable based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
