About the role

Based in Adamstown, we have a vacancy for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our call centre team. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly and efficient assistance to address their queries and concerns. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Answering inbound customer calls and creating sales orders within our dedicated customer service team.
  • Handling customer inquiries with care and ensuring every interaction is positive and helpful.
  • Facilitating outbound marketing programs to connect with existing clients (no cold calling required).
  • Helping out wherever needed to support our awesome team and ensure smooth operations.
