Key responsibilities

Drive sales growth across the Albury-Wodonga region by managing existing customers and securing new business opportunities.

• Identify: Target and secure new business opportunities in your region.
• Manage: Grow existing accounts with regular contact and solution-based selling.
• Deliver: Prepare and present competitive quotations and proposals.
• Achieve: Meet or exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.
• Promote: Represent the full range of steel and building products.
• Engage: Build strong relationships with key decision makers.
• Monitor: Track competitor activity and market trends.

Your skills and experience

• Experience: Proven background in field-based B2B sales or account management
• Communication: Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Autonomy: Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently
• Tech: Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Licence: Current driver's licence required.

You will stand out if you have:

• Industry: Experience in steel, building materials, or industrial product sales
• Network: Existing relationships with builders, fabricators, or trade sectors
