Are you a passionate and creative chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are a vibrant contemporary cafe seeking a talented chef or cook to join our team in Gosford.

We run a seasonal breakfast and lunch menu developed as a team effort. Creativity and attention to detail are key for this position. Bring your enthusiasm to our team and enjoy a work life balance with a flexible roster based around a 6am-3pm day.

Our team takes pride in delivering high-quality food that encourages repeat customers.

We're looking for a candidate with strong experience in breakfast service and the ability to commit to high standards of presentation, consistency and food safety.

Mon-Sun roster - must be available weekends. No nights.

Tasks include -

Breakfast and lunch service.

Prep and cleaning.

Occasional ordering of stock and stock control.

Keeping your station clean and tidy to maximise efficiency.

Helping to design menus and daily specials.

Communicate with service staff to ensure front of house has the knowledge to sell our menu.
