**The Role**

Working as a Kitchen hand will require but is not limited to;
- Washing up of all utensils, crockery and cutlery
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen
- Waste management
- Maintaining the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment

Working a day shift, your day will commence at 8am. Night shift will see you starting around 3-4pm and finishing up around 11pm. You will be happy to regularly work 1 shift per week (at this stage a Wednesday night), but will have the flexibly to work extra shifts when another team member is sick or on leave.

**Please note this is not a Chef/Cook/sandwich hand position.**

Skills & Attributes
- Previous experience as a Kitchen hand would be advantageous but not essential
- Motivation, enthusiasm and a great ‘can do’ team attitude
- ** Psychical ability to undertake the requirements of the role, including bending, lifting, pushing and carrying**:

- Take pride in their appearance
- ** Exceptional** time management and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Display safe work habits
- Ability to operate independently and show initiative
