Your Role & Responsibilities

• Reception & Front Desk Management: Be the first point of contact for clients—answer calls, greet visitors, and handle enquiries professionally.
• Client Intake & Case Enquiries: Manage new client enquiries and guide them through the intake process.
• Office Operations: Ensure the front desk runs smoothly while handling essential office management tasks such as maintaining supplies and coordinating external service providers.
• Administrative Support: Assist fee earners with legal admin when required.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointments, meeting bookings, and team calendars.
• Problem Solving & Prioritisation: Identify office-related issues and resolve them proactively.

Work Hours & Location

• Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM). No after-hours or weekend work is required.
• Based primarily in our Malaga office, which offers free parking.
• You may be required to travel to the Perth office on a need-to-go basis.
