Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a diverse and seasonal menu that reflects our culinary vision.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef.
  • Eligible for working holiday visa.
  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for creative cuisine.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
