Clarity is an AI powered brand strategist for founders, creators, and micro agencies. We help teams turn messy ideas into clear positioning, tone, hooks, and 30 to 45 second scripts. The app is free to try. We are remote first with a calm, outcome focused way of working.

The role

We are hiring a Community and Moderation Lead to build a kind, useful space around our product. You will welcome new members, design simple rituals that create first wins, and keep conversations safe and on track. You will turn feedback into clear notes for product and content so we can improve fast.

What you will do

  • Welcome new users and guide them to a first win
  • Design weekly rituals and prompts that encourage sharing and progress
  • Moderate channels with fair rules and healthy boundaries
  • Tag feedback, surface themes, and share concise insight notes with product
  • Publish short community updates, wins, and how tos
  • Host light touch live moments such as office hours or show and tell
  • Keep the knowledge base tidy and easy to search

You bring

  • Examples of communities you have built or moderated
  • Strong written English and a warm, direct tone
  • Platform experience such as Discord, Slack, Circle, Facebook Groups, or Reddit
  • Basic analytics literacy to track simple health signals
  • Calm communication and sound judgement in tense moments

Nice to have

  • Onboarding checklists or first week journeys you have designed
  • Comfort on camera or audio for office hours
  • Familiarity with short form content to amplify community wins

How we work

Remote first. Few meetings, written updates, and protected focus time. We reply to every applicant. Paid trial projects are used when helpful for both sides.
