This involves executing and measuring strategic marketing campaigns, managing projects efficiently, and developing state-of-the-art initiatives that drive continuous market growth and brand visibility – all while being a creative and integral part of our residential team.What You'll Do: Lead Digital Innovation - Develop cutting-edge digital marketing strategies and manage social media across platforms. Optimise SEO/SEM performance to drive brand visibility and lead generation. Create Compelling Campaigns - Conceptualise and execute innovative marketing campaigns that set JLL apart in the residential property market.Produce Engaging Content - Oversee video production, virtual tours, interactive presentations, and immersive digital experiences.Drive Results - Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and build effective reporting dashboards to optimise campaign performance. Collaborate Globally - Work with JLL's domestic and international residential marketing teams to deliver world-class sales and marketing campaigns.What You Bring:Knowledge and experience in Adobe Suite required (Canva, InDesign, Photoshop etc) or equivalent.Skills in Microsoft Office Suite required (Word, PowerPoint & Excel). 3+ years' experience in marketing and administration.Experience in a property/commercial real estate agency will be considered favorably, but not essential.
