Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of Corporate and Institutional Banking products and services and experience dealing with regulatory matters in Australia and/or and New Zealand.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facing all levels of management, including executives and the capacity to articulate the case for risk management and policy in the language of business.
  • Stakeholder management skills and the ability to interact/advise in verbal/written communications at all levels in a professional, effective and concise manner.
  • Analytical skills with genuine curiosity and ability to analyse an issue, understand the second order implications, problem solve and provide holistic, solution-based advice.
  • Interpretive skills and ability to harness regulatory requirements/regulator expectations into day-to-day policies, procedures and guidance for a range of audiences.
  • Must be flexible and adapt well to change, with the ability to work with minimal supervision. A considerable amount of autonomy is given, and initiative is required to achieve the jobholder's objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in a Business, Finance, Law or related field.
Preference will be given to candidates who hold Australian PR/Citizenship or New Zealand Citizenship, or who can demonstrate current unrestricted work rights in Australia without limitations.
