Canberra, ACT, Australia Slalom Consulting Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Who You'll Work With

As a Recruiting Coordinator in Talent Acquisition, you will be a key member of a high-performing global recruiting team, working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders across the Americas. You'll play a vital role in supporting the hiring process for our teams, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience while keeping our recruiting operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

You will be the organizational engine of our recruiting process — managing interview logistics, maintaining accurate data in our systems, and ensuring candidates and hiring teams are supported at every step. Your attention to detail and communication skills will help us attract and hire top talent across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary scheduling contact for candidates and interviewers, coordinating virtual and in-person interviews across multiple time zones.
  • Maintain accuracy and organization in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
  • Post job openings internally and externally, ensuring alignment with regional and global processes.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience from application to offer.
  • Manage the recruiting inbox and respond promptly to candidate inquiries.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires, including documentation and orientation scheduling.
  • Support interview training sessions for hiring teams.
  • Track and maintain recruiting metrics and dashboards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

What You'll Bring

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is passionate about creating great experiences for candidates and hiring teams alike.

  • Business-level fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or a related role — preferably supporting technology hiring.
  • Proven ability to manage scheduling and logistics across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Customer service mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Comfort operating in a metrics-driven, fast-moving environment.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruiting activities.
