Ground level: Thoughtfully curated resistance training equipment and premium amenities. Upstairs: Where the fun continues with our dedicated Glute Zone, cardio sanctuary, allied health partnerships, and a sun-drenched coffee bar that facilitates the connections that turn clients into community.

The Head Trainer Role

We're looking for a Head Trainer to join our leadership team who truly cares about making a difference in people's lives. This full-time position (38 hours/week) balances hands-on training with leadership and operational responsibilities.

Your Weekly Impact (38 hours)

Personal Training (15 hours): Deliver exceptional training to your own client base with the care and attention they deserve

Team Leadership (4 hours): Guide and develop our trainers to bring out their best. Mentoring the team isn't about management - it's about multiplication, ensuring your impact extends beyond your personal capacity

Studio Management (19 hours): Ensure smooth operation that allows the vision to continue to thrive

Daily Pursuit of Excellence (What you'll actually do)

• Observe training sessions and provide constructive feedback that helps trainers grow
• Maintain the professional presentation of our space and brand standards that our clients appreciate
• Identify practical ways our team can improve their skills and knowledge
• Create authentic social media content that reflects who we really are
• Help drive lead generation and marketing campaigns
• Help solve day-to-day challenges with practical solutions and see obstacles as invitations for innovation

The compensation for this partnership

• $75,000 - $85,000 potential annual earnings (base salary plus weekly additional client sessions)
• 20 days annual leave

Foundation Requirements

• Bachelor of Sports Science
• Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
• Police Check
