The Opportunity

We're seeking a proactive, people-focused Human Resources (HR) Advisor to join our People & Culture function. In this generalist HR role, you'll play a key part in shaping the end-to-end employee journey, from recruitment to engagement, performance and beyond. Reporting directly to the COO, you'll drive initiatives that support a thriving workplace culture, embed people-first practices, and position the business as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach managers and provide day-to-day HR advice across departments
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
  • Support training programs, performance conversations, and ER matters
  • Lead engagement initiatives and support wellbeing programs
  • Manage HR data, reporting, and documentation
  • Contribute to policy reviews, systems improvements, and leadership development
  • Use tools to manage HR tasks and track progress

About You

  • 2–3 years in a generalist HR/People & Culture role
  • Tertiary qualification in HR or related field is desirable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of Australian employment legislation
  • Highly organised, with attention to detail and a genuine care for people
  • Confident working with stakeholders across multiple areas of the business
