Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and delivering clear, accurate HR reports and dashboards.
  • Turning business needs into data insights that support smart decisions.
  • Managing people metrics, analytics, and regular reports.
  • Coordinating system updates, upgrades, and testing.
  • Protecting our data with strong governance, security, and compliance.

Skills and experience:

We're after someone who's detail-driven, tech-savvy, and ready to hit the ground running. You'll bring:

  • Strong admin skills and ability to work independently
  • Confidence with Outlook, Excel, Google tools, and other systems
  • Experience using HRIS or similar software
  • A track record of delivering clear HR reports and insights
  • Skill in turning data into useful metrics for leaders
  • Experience with system updates, upgrades, or process improvements
  • Knowledge of data governance, audits, and compliance
  • Ability to work well with a team and engage stakeholders.
