As we continue to grow nationwide, we're strengthening our commitment to health, safety, and environmental excellence. We're seeking a proactive, compliance-focused HSEQT Advisor to join our dynamic and expanding team.

This role will be based out of our Maddington depot, with operations extending to our Landsdale depot from early 2026. You will play a key role in promoting and embedding health, safety, and environmental best practices across our sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement & Maintain HSEQT Policies across project sites, ensuring compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality standards.
• Lead Site & Company Audits & Inspections, proactively identifying and addressing non-conformances.
• Conduct Incident Investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
• Deliver Inductions & Toolbox Talks, educating workers on safety, site risks, and compliance.
• Develop & Update Training Materials in line with current regulations and best practices.
• Monitor Safety & Quality Performance, preparing reports and identifying trends for improvement.
• Engage with Stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams on all HSEQT matters.
• Promote Safety Culture, encouraging ownership of safety across teams and supporting continual improvement.

About You and What You Bring:

• Relevant qualification in WHS or related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proven experience in an HSEQT or HSEQ advisory role within the civil, infrastructure, or construction industry.
• Strong working knowledge of WHS, environmental, and quality standards.
• Confident in leading investigations, presenting findings, and advising on corrective actions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and guide teams.
• High attention to detail, with solid time management and multi-site coordination skills.
• Training & Assessing Qualification and/or experience (Desirable).
• Internal Audit Qualification and/or experience (Desirable).
• Valid C-Class driver's license.
