The opportunity

Footgear, a leading retailer of quality footwear and accessories, is seeking a passionate Sales Assistants to join our DFO Brisbane Airport, Indooroopilly & Mt Gravatt teams. In this casual role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to the success of our store.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering inquiries, and suggesting products to meet their needs
  • Maintain a neat and organised store appearance by restocking shelves, handling cash and card transactions, and ensuring store policies and procedures are followed
  • Actively participate in sales and promotional activities to drive store performance
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members
  • A passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends and product knowledge
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities
  • Flexible and available to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (but not essential for enthusiastic candidates)
  • Must be available a weekday and weekends.
