Performance Executive
to join our award-winning Melbourne team at Atomic 212°. If you're ready to take your career to the next level, this role is your launchpad. From day one, you'll be in the driver's seat—managing paid search and social budgets, optimising campaigns, refreshing creative, and uncovering insights that move the needle and allow you to see the impact of your optimisations in real numbers. What will your day to day look like?
- Work with the Performance Manager and broader team to achieve campaign performance and deliverables for clients across both SEM (Paid Search) and Paid Social
- Collaborate closely with your Performance Manager and other teams to plan upcoming campaigns or troubleshoot live ones
- Campaign setup including targeting, keyword research, ad copy creation and bid strategies
- Campaign implementation to a high level of quality, including building trafficking, campaign set up, optimization and reporting
- Regular and ad hoc campaign reporting, including basic data analysis, weekly, daily and competitive reporting
- Support the Performance Manager in campaign planning by liaising closely with external vendors, internal teams, clients and stakeholders
- Build in-depth knowledge of all digital vendors and their offerings (particularly within Paid Search & Social)
- Be responsible for implementing your deliverables, on time and in an efficient manner
- Use your excellent relationship management skills to build trusted and successful partnerships with clients, stakeholders, and media. You'll also connect with media partners like Google and Meta to stay ahead on tools and innovation
What will set you up for success?
- 1+ year of experience in a digital/performance/analytical role within an agency/performance environment
- Experience in campaign setup and optimisation (including keywords, bidding, ad copy, targeting)
- Hands-on campaign management experience using Google Ads (Search) and Meta Ads Manager, including exposure to managing budgets and reporting on ROI-driven
- Good exposure to Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CM Floodlights, Excel/Google Sheets, Data Studio, Supermetrics
- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid project management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of all digital vendors and their offerings
- Competent in Excel/Sheets, G suite and Mac literate
- Ability to prioritise skills and manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Appetite to learn and approach new platforms and tools with a growth mindset
- Curiosity, excellent analytical thinking, and a solutions focused approach
