About the Role

We are looking for a versatile Business Process Automation Developer to design, implement, and maintain workflow automations that improve efficiency and accuracy across our three companies.

This role focuses on working with low-code/no-code automation platforms, CRM workflow tools, and API integrations to connect systems and reduce manual processes. Platforms such as Zoho, , Zapier, or similar may be used, depending on the project.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience in automation platform configuration, and the ability to write code when required for more complex customisations — particularly in JavaScript or Java/Spring Boot.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse business processes to identify automation and integration opportunities.
  • Configure and manage workflows in automation and CRM platforms (e.g. Zoho, , Zapier, ProcessMaker, Appian).
  • Build and maintain REST API integrations to connect systems and exchange data.
  • Write JavaScript for custom automation logic, data transformation, and UI enhancements.
  • Where necessary, develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot for advanced integration needs.
  • Maintain clear documentation of workflows, integrations, and automation architecture.
  • Monitor and optimise existing automations for performance, reliability, and error handling.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver solutions.

Key Skills and Experience ​

Automation & Workflow Platforms

  • Experience with low-code/no-code tools and CRM workflow automation (Zoho, , Zapier, ProcessMaker, Appian, or similar).

Programming & Integration

  • REST API integration and development.
  • JavaScript for automation scripting and UI customisation.
  • Java and Spring Boot (desirable).

Data & Systems

  • SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL preferred).
  • Data mapping and transformation between systems.

Other

  • Git/GitHub for version control.
  • Understanding of automation best practices, monitoring, and error handling.
