About the engagement:
Green Light are looking for a 
D365 F&O Consultant
to join our NZ delivery team on an exciting and challenging end customer projects. Strong MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience responsible for the management, design & solutioning of projects within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) essential for this role.

Playing a key part in delivering within this cross skilled environment, it is imperative that you are able to provide advice to enterprise end customers in regard to D365 F&O in current environments and also as an SME doing the design and architecture for new solutions is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise regarding the Dynamics 365 (D365) F&O at a domain and enterprise level
  • Responsible for the integration of Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Gains understanding of customer's needs and collaborates with other consultants and support teams to complete design and testing documentation. Provides business perspective into developing functional specifications when customizations or extensions to Microsoft Dynamics solutions are needed.
  • Responsible for driving the effort to migrate the customers' data sources into Microsoft's sources, ensuring proper alignment of data models. Offers support on Microsoft tools for migration and integration.
  • Implements reports per requirements documents and standards.
  • Provides support and expertise on development technologies and environments.
  • Test modifications for validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and conformance to established standards.
  • Participates in system and acceptance testing.
  • Provides work estimates that permit prioritization and assignments to be made.
  • Has awareness of the prescribed Microsoft Dynamics implementation methodology, Sure Step; understands how the development and related testing activities fit into the overall customer engagement lifecycle.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum five (5) years in a similar capacity as a Solutions Consultant specifically with D365 CRM specifically on Finances & Operations (F&O)
  • Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated work experience in ERP technologies with 5+ years in Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Proven record supporting and delivering Dynamics 365 solutions as a Functional Consultant
  • Demonstrable experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Dynamics 365 CRM specifically with Finance & Operations (F&O)
  • Ideally from a Systems Integrator background
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Able to guide customer discussions related to digital transformation and relating back to customer value.
