HSO is expanding and we are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our D365 Finance & Operations team, with experience in manufacturing.
The D365 F&O Solution Architect is a senior role providing solution leadership through consulting engagements. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice and subject matter expertise in the relevant industry. You will work closely with clients to develop high-level and detailed designs for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementations. Additionally, you will act as the design authority and provide oversight during project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop solutions that meet client requirements using best-of-breed technologies and methodologies.
- Translate business requirements into technology requirements for inclusion in contracts and statements of work (SOW).
- Provide advice, high-level and detailed designs during project delivery engagements.
- Ensure quality oversight at various stages of the project lifecycle.
- Create solution proposals and cost models for projects, including software, support/maintenance, and services.
- Produce responses to request for proposals (RFPs).
- Act as the design authority and technical escalation point for projects.
- Collaborate with the project delivery team to develop customer account plans and roadmaps.
- Manage projects through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- The right to work in Australia or New Zealand.
- At least 10+ years of ERP consulting experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or earlier versions of Dynamics AX.
- Working knowledge of the D365 platform, including D365 CE, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, and Power BI.
- Experience in consulting for manufacturing organisations.
- Experience of delivering at least 3 international end to end D365 projects.
- Strong pre-sales experience and the ability to build relationships with ISV partners.
- Excellent presentation, demonstration, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- An affinity for technology and strong analytical skills.
- A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Willingness to travel within ANZ for client engagements.
