About the Role

We are seeking a creative and results-driven
Marketing Specialist
to join our dynamic team at Virtu. You will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to drive business growth, strengthen our digital presence, and organise engaging events that leave a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

● 
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:

○ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing initiatives, including advertising, promotions, and digital campaigns to meet business targets.

● 
Digital Media & Branding:

○ Manage Virtu's digital marketing platforms, including social media, website content, online advertisements, and EDMs.

○ Maintain and enhance Virtu's branding through consistent and impactful content.

● 
Product Portfolio Management:

○ Oversee the online product portfolio, ensuring competitive market offerings through EDMs, website updates, and online catalogues.

● 
Event Planning & Execution:

○ Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging events such as webinars, product launches, and client appreciation events.

○ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.

○ Develop creative concepts to maximise audience engagement and ensure memorable experiences.

Market Research & Analysis:

○ Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and new opportunities.

○ Analyze data and provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.

● 
Campaign Evaluation & Reporting:

○ Perform post-campaign and post-event analysis to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.

○ Generate detailed performance reports for sales, marketing, and finance teams.

● 
External Liaison:

○ Negotiate pricing and promotions with external service providers and vendors.

● 
Digital System Management:

○ Configure and manage digital systems, designing templates for marketing collateral.

Vendor Partnership Management:

○

Managing partner levels, running joint marketing activities and working together on growth initiatives.

Office Management:

○
Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency.

○
Coordinate with suppliers and service providers.

○
Support administrative functions, including scheduling, procurement, and documentation.

Key Skills & Qualifications

● Proven experience in digital marketing, event planning, and social media strategy.

● Proficiency in WordPress, Google Ads (AdWords), LinkedIn, and email marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp).

● Strong design skills, using tools like Canva, InDesign, or similar software.

● Familiarity with HTML, Bootstrap, and online content management platforms (e.g., Fiverr).

● 

CoPilot and GPT skills are a must

● Excellent analytical skills for reporting and market research.

● Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, especially for event coordination.

● Strong communication and negotiation skills.

● Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
