Working here means being part of a kitchen that runs at full speed, especially on weekends and holidays. You'll be in the thick of it, moving fast, staying sharp, and producing high-quality dishes under pressure. It's challenging—but that's where the growth happens.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare, cook and present food to a high standard
  • Take charge of a kitchen section during service
  • Maintain pace and focus in a high-volume environment
  • Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
  • Support junior team members and collaborate with senior chefs
  • Contribute to a positive team culture with clear communication and reliability

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a commercial kitchen (preferred but not essential)
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to work at pace
  • A genuine interest in food and willingness to learn
  • Availability to work weekends, nights, and public holidays
  • A team player with a can-do attitude and good communication skills
