Who We Seek

We are recruiting chefs at all levels – from Commis to Sous and Pizza Chefs – to join our opening team. If you are passionate about food, thrive under pressure, and bring professionalism and teamwork to every service, we want to hear from you.

Whether your strength is grilling, pan work, woodfired pizza, or running a section with precision, you will be part of a kitchen that values skill, creativity, and consistency.

Requirements

·       Full Australian working rights, Working Holiday Visa (WHV), or Student Visa

·       Weekend and public holiday availability

·       Demonstrated experience in fast-paced kitchens

·       Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and commitment to high standards
