THE POSITION

Is it time to become a Team Member in Finance Administration in a dynamic Industry ?

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Finance Administrator all-rounder to join our team, reporting to the Financial Controller. The role will include Vehicle Registration, Accounts Payable-Receivable, Bank Reconciliation while working in a team across the business . The dealership consistently experiences growth and remains a leading business in the region. This has been achieved through staff satisfaction and consistently delivering best practice in sales, service and parts.

SKILLS AND LICENCES REQUIRED:

  • Experience working within Administration, Finance and Accounting processes

  • Familiar with Accounting Software

  • Experienced in Microsoft Excel

  • Team player

  • A flexible and 'Can Do Attitude'

  • Professional outlook

  • Experience Desirable in Stock Control

  • Current Drivers Licence.

DUTIES:

  • Ability to undertake Administration, Finance Accounting and functions to include vehicle registration

  • Administration duties to support the Dealerships

  • Assist with attention to detail

  • Flexible in your approach to the workplace

  • Work within the team to meet the Financial deadlines daily, weekly and monthly
