Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Safe and efficient operation of mobile cranes to lift, move and position heavy materials and equipment. Whilst ensuring safe and efficient load management and work practices
• Operate mobile cranes (up to and including 220t) safely and efficiently
• Perform advanced rigging duties, including installation, maintenance, and dismantling of rigging systems
• Collaborate with construction teams and site supervisors to meet daily project needs
• Ensure compliance with rigging procedures and slinging techniques
• Develop and follow lift plans and permits as required
• Identify hazards and implement control measures aligned with industry safety standards
• Inspect cranes and lifting equipment to ensure safety and compliance
• Maintain lifting equipment in a clean, operational, and safe condition
• Contribute to the development and signing of Safe Work Method Statements

What You'll Need:

• Valid Driver's Licence
• Construction White Card
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and random drug & alcohol testing

Highly Regarded Skills & Qualifications:

• CN, C6 or CO High-Risk Work Licence (Crane Operation)
• Basic or Intermediate Riggers High-Risk Work Licence
• Truck Driver's Licence (HR, HC, or MC)
• Other High-Risk Work Licences (WP, DG, RB, LF, SB)
• Safe Work at Heights certification
• Leading Hand or Supervisory experience
• Construction experience operating cranes and performing rigging duties
• Ability to read and interpret layout and general arrangement drawings
