The Business Manager role at Bundaberg North SHS is an exciting opportunity to support the attainment of the school motto "Realise your Potential". The school has approximately 700 students and a FTE of 65 teachers. As the successful candidate, you will be an integral member of the leadership team. Responsibilities Include

• Provide high-level leadership across executive and administrative support services and lead diverse support staff teams. Interpret business plans, analyse operations, and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Lead human resource functions for support staff including recruitment, induction, workforce planning, performance management and professional development.
• Manage financial planning and reporting, contributing to the development and monitoring of the school's annual budget and ensuring compliance with legislation and departmental policy.
• Oversee facilities and asset management, including coordination of projects, grounds maintenance, and minor works.
• Build strong networks with other Business Managers and community stakeholders to support best-practice corporate service delivery.
• Model departmental leadership competencies that include strategic thinking, innovation, relationship-building, and accountability.
