Wade Sawmill is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to join us on a full-time basis, overseeing the upkeep of current equipment and planning new expansions.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team in conjunction with the site Maintenance Manager
  • Utilise both outside contractors and the team
  • Oversee workshop safety standards
  • Some hands-on work required
  • Work hours are usually 7am to 4pm

Experience & attributes:

  • Prior experience in a Maintenance role or similar
  • Ability to manage a team & effectively delegate tasks
  • Keen organisational skills & planning abilities
  • Punctuality & reliability
