About the Role:An Automotive Parts Interpreter sells parts and accessories for cars.
We currently have a vacancy for a Junior Automotive Parts Interpreter OR an Experienced Parts Interpreter to join our Parts Department located in Kirrawee.
This position is also a great opportunity for someone with Automotive mechanical experience looking to transition into Parts
This position is permanent full-time; Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:- Sales, stock control & administration duties relating to automotive replacement parts
- Respond to customer needs and enquiries in an automotive workplace (counter, phone & email enquiries)
- Selling automotive products and services
- Pick and process orders
- Assist in the warehouse / workshop
- Delivery driving (when required)
- Preparing quotes & parts documentation
- Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal, possess a good phone manner.
- A passion for all things Automotive is a must
- Strong work ethic, reliable & punctual
- Great team player; ability to work in a team environment
- Able to take instructions
- Strong commitment to exceptional customer service; in particular when dealing with our clients
- Great communication skills & computer skills
- Commitment to a three-year apprenticeship
- Current NSW Driver's License
- Previous automotive experience will be highly regarded
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
