We have the in-house expertise to guide our clients from the research stage, to property selection and – if required – feasibility, planning and design, construction and the eventual delivery of quality residential development projects.

Our dynamic team are looking for the next person to join us in providing the highest level of customer service, professionalism and ethics. Attention to detail and integrity are key requirements for a successful applicant.

Conveniently located in Subiaco, we're looking for a world-class professional to use their skills, expertise and passion to launch a successful career as a residential property Buyer's Agent, starting out as a trainee for a likely period of 6-12 months.

The Role

This role will primarily see you working alongside Senior Buyer's Agents, supporting them and our buyers throughout the acquisition process. Regular weekend work is a requirement of the role, with time off in-lieu offered on some weekdays, in return.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with clients to ascertain their exact requirements
• Attending face to face client meetings and presentations
• Build strong relationships with real estate agents in target areas
• Searching, researching and delivering suitable properties to our clients
• Sourcing appropriate properties both on and off-market
• Carrying out comprehensive due diligence for each target property
• Monitoring documentation and critical dates through the entire process
• Coordinating with agents any building and pre settlement inspections
• Maintaining strong relationship with agents to gain referrals to potential buyers
• Liaising with conveyancers, solicitors, building inspectors, mortgage brokers, etc.
• Contributing to company marketing and promotional material
• Provide buyers with pricing information and market research
• Communicate diligently with internal team members to ensure the highest level of service to clients from initial contact through to settlement, and beyond

Requirements

• Current Real Estate Sales Registration (or in progress)
• Strong level of ethics and integrity befitting the role of an independent adviser
• Some level of property, market and agency practice knowledge
• Excellent customer service skills, attitude and great phone manner
• Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Good time management skills
• Own vehicle and driver's license
• Ability to work autonomously
• Ability to research and interpret relevant data and research
