The Role: Buyers Agent

As a Buyers Agent at Infinite Real Estate, you'll be a strategic partner in our client's journey toward financial freedom. You won't just help them buy property—you'll guide them to make smarter, values-aligned decisions based on their long-term goals.

This is a dynamic, relationship-driven role that includes:


• Understanding and analysing client needs to align with strategic investment goals;


• Sourcing, evaluating, and presenting property opportunities;


• Managing the full buying and selling journey—from open homes and private inspections to negotiations and contracts;


• Keeping a finger on the pulse of market trends and communicating those insights clearly and confidently;


• Building strong networks across brokers, settlement agents, and industry contacts; and


• Supporting your own pipeline through relationship-based prospecting and proactive follow-up

About You

You're not just a real estate professional—you're someone who cares deeply about getting the best outcome for your clients, and who lives by the principle of doing what's right, not what's easy.

You'll thrive here if you:


• Have at least 2 years' experience in real estate as a Buyer's and/or Seller's Agent;


• Hold a current WA Real Estate Registration Certificate and WA Driver's License;


• Love analysing property markets and can spot opportunities others miss;


• Can confidently speak to capital growth, market drivers, and investment strategy;


• Are a proactive communicator, strong negotiator, and natural relationship builder;


• Are tech-savvy (Property Tree, REI Forms, Docusign, Eagle); and


• Are self-motivated and comfortable operating in a values-driven, high-accountability environment
