Outstanding builder who has been successfully delivering in the NSW construction sector for many a decade. They have an exceptional name in the market place delivering multiple award wining projects, big emphasis on safety, excellent staff retention rate, which speaks volumes of the company environment. This organisation will present you with the opportunity to work on exciting and highly challenging projects, with safety being the highest of importance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD INCLUDE

  • Conduct site inductions
  • Review and monitor contractors' SWMS
  • Oversee general site safety
  • Lead site safety meetings
  • Analysing site practice and implementation of improved practices
  • Report and investigate incidents, injuries and hazards and implement agreed control measures
  • Help promote WHS&E awareness on site
  • Ensure compliance with the all Site Management Plans
  • Maintain all WHS&E records for the project.
  • Work with contractors and site teams to eliminate and reduce workplace risks

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Cert IV in Work Health and Safety or equivalent Tertiary Qualification
  • Sound understanding of WHS&E Legislation and Regulations
  • Previous experience in a Safety Advisor Role on large Construction Projects
