S26 Supervisors

We're seeking a trade-qualified S26 Electrical Supervisor and an S26 Mechanical Supervisor to lead and coordinate electrical and mechanical works in our Project team and field/service operations.

This role is ideal for a technically strong, safety-minded leader who thrives on delivering high-quality outcomes in dynamic, multi-disciplinary environments.

Key Responsibilities - S26 Electrical

• Supervise and coordinate all site electrical installation and commissioning activities for projects and associated contracts.
• Plan and allocate labour and resources to meet project deadlines and QA/QC standards.
• Provide on-site leadership and mentoring for Allied Pumps electricians and subcontractors.
• Ensure all work complies with AS/NZS 3000, client specifications, and internal HSEQ requirements.
• Conduct testing, inspection, and verification of electrical systems.
• Interface with engineers, project managers, and clients to resolve design and scope queries.
• Manage materials, documentation, and red-line mark-ups for "as-built" completion.
• Support the training and upskilling of apprentices and trades assistants.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Electrical and Service divisions.
• Ensure all regulatory requirements are meet regarding new installations.
• Ensuring all client standards are meet on time.

Key Responsibilities - S26 Mechanical

• Provide clear Supervision and coordinate on-site mechanical/piping installation teams as well as high level subcontractor management, and commissioning activities associated projects.
• Plan daily work programs, allocate labour, and monitor productivity to meet project targets.
• Lead and mentor mechanical/piping trades and subcontractors to ensure workmanship meets Allied and client standards.
• Oversee pump, pipework, and mechanical system installations—including alignments, bolting, and torque control.
• Conduct QA and maintain inspections across all aspects of project.
• Liaise with project engineers, HSEQ, and clients to resolve design or scope issues.
• Maintain accurate site records, material usage, and tool registers.
• Drive a safety-first culture and continuous improvement across mechanical operations.

Qualifications & Skills - S26 Electrical

• WA Electrical Licence (current).
• S26 Supervisors qualification.
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-trade teams on industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Sound understanding of switchboard, controls, and pump system wiring.
• Strong focus on safety, planning, and quality control.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Current driver's licence and ability to travel to site as required.
• Critical thinking and faulting finding processes.
• Proven financial, risk, commercial, contractual and human resource management skills.

Qualifications & Skills - s26 Mechanical

• Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting, Maintenance, or demonstrated experience relevant industry.
• Demonstrated experience supervising mechanical teams on industrial, mining, or infrastructure projects.
• Proven capability in pump, piping, and basic civils associated with dewatering infrastructure installation.
• Solid understanding of mechanical drawings, QA procedures, and commissioning processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Current driver's licence and ability to travel to site as required.
• Sound Microsoft office suit knowledge.
• Ability to prioritise work efficiently to meet targets.

Desirable (either role)

• Exposure to PLC, VSD's and VSG's in dewatering space.
• HV switching or instrumentation experience.
• Prefer minimum 5 years Supervisory experience.
• Experience in Dewatering/wastewater, pump stations, or treatment systems.
• Crane, Doggman, IT loader, Forklift, HR licence
• Pressure-piping, flange-management, generator installation, hydro-testing experience.
• Exposure to large scale water or wastewater infrastructure projects.
