We're looking for a full-time Termite and Pest Control Technician to join our team. If you're licensed for termite work, experienced with chemical barriers, pest sprays, and carpet cleaning – and you want a supportive role with great perks – this is for you.

What We Offer

  • Salary $85–90k + super
  • Uncapped commissions on new leads you bring in that convert to clients
  • Unused sick leave paid out annually

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A current Pest Control Licence including termite work
  • Experience in timber pest inspections, chemical termite barriers, and general pest.
  • Current driver's licence
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage your time
  • Strong communication skills with both clients and the team
  • Professional presentation
