General/Termite Pest Control Technician including trainee positions

ABOUT US:

Blue Chip Termite & Pest Control is a fast growing Brisbane based pest control company. We pride ourselves on giving a good service to our customers. We maintain a high retention rate of our repeat customers. We support our staff in providing them with good quality equipment and an organised office environment. We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for a friendly, easy going general/timber pest control technician and are also looking at putting on a trainee at a rate of $30 per hour until qualified (all training will be provided). If you are looking at having a career change, this is a good opportunity to see different parts of the city every day and meet people from all different walks of life.

The successful applicant will have the following:

  • Driver's licence
  • Current police check (or ability to obtain one)
  • Blue Card (or ability to obtain one)
  • A reliable work ethic
  • Based on the northside
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • The ability to work both unsupervised and in a team environment
  • Be physically fit, well presented and able to go into subfloors and roof voids

  • Penalty rates apply after 38 hours. Overtime is not expected but available, including Saturdays.
