What's Buggin You offer commercial and domestic treatments to our clients in Brisbane, Ipswich and Gold Coast regions. Come join our team of 7 technicians, at What's Buggin You we pride ourselves on building long term relationships with our clients to solve their pest issues, and work in partnership with our customers to achieve their goals. We use the latest equipment & techniques with ongoing training provided, we are paperless, and offer flexible working conditions.

About the role, Key Responsibilities
- Must have - licensed in accordance with QLD Health requirements
- Must have - licensed and experienced in Timber Pest
- Termite treatments, including inspections, barriers, baiting and monitoring systems
- Provide domestic and commercial pest control services
- Use of electronic reports, invoicing and scheduling. We use Mira.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships, we are very focused on the customers overall experience
- Communicate with clients regarding the pest eradication and prevention process
- Ability to convert sales leads, commission structure applies
- Work as a team, share your feedback, it's valued, every one of our team plays a key role in your success

Skills and experience, the following requirements are essential
- A Queensland Pest Control & Timber Pest licensed .
- Reliable, Strong work ethic, our customers rely on our team to keep our commitments
- A current QLD manual Drivers licensed &Current National Police check must be provided
- Be available to work every second Saturday - optional
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Problem solve issues on the run, and self-motivated
- Ability to work as part of a team and more importantly, to work independently and with our customers goals in mind. Adaptive and resilient to changing workloads
- Outstanding customer service skills are a must, provide consistent and excellent quality service
- Punctual, courteous, professional manner, physically fit and able
- Ability to use our On Line Booking, Reporting and Scheduling System
