  • Observation/Training Shift Rate: $42.36 per hour + superannuation

What you will do after you have been trained to work with our client:

  • Support the train crew to ensure services are safe and on time.
  • Assist with shunting activities, yard tasks, and basic safety checks.
  • Communicate effectively with site teams and follow procedures.
  • Complete work orders and digital entries as needed.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A safety-focused and reliable individual.
  • Someone who is calm, attentive, and able to follow procedures.
  • A clear communicator who works well in a small team or independently.
  • Willing to work shifts in all weather conditions.

Requirements:

  • Ability to pass a Category 1 rail medical and ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
  • Full Class C driver licence.
  • HLTAID011 Provide First Aid or willingness to obtain.
  • Basic computer skills and sound literacy and numeracy.
  • Right to work in Australia.
  • Provide a Police Check with no court disclosable outcomes.
