This role supports the
Head of Early Education and the Head of OOSH
by ensuring the smooth operation of the Office, managing daily administration, and advancing strategic priorities. You will also foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The Role

The purpose of this position is to deliver high-level organisational and professional support to the Head of Early Education and the Head of OOSH.

The Executive Assistant is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions of the Office of Early Education and OOSH ensuring smooth and efficient coordination.

In addition, this role plays a key part in fostering positive, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the strategic priorities of the Head of Early Education and the Head of OOSH.

EXPERIENCE/CRITERIA

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changed timelines, deadlines, and significant events
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • High level of proficiency in use of common office computer applications e.g., Office 365, Electronic Document Records Management System (HPE Content Manager) etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Business Administration Diploma or Certificate IV or equivalent
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Current Class C Driver's Licence
  • Previous Administrative experience
  • 2 years' experience in an Executive Assistant Role (Desirable)
  • Experience in the Early Education industry (Desirable)
