What's on offer?
With a new CEO recently appointed, Advanced Precast is entering an exciting phase of transformation, and safety is at the heart of it. We're embarking on a significant safety and compliance journey, and we're looking for a passionate National HSEQ Manager to help lead the way.
This is more than a compliance role; it's a chance to shape culture, build capability, and take our people with you on a path toward excellence. You'll work closely with senior leadership to create the safety vision and strategy for the business, embedding a safety-first mindset across all levels of the organisation.
As the National HSEQ Manager, you'll lead the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality function across all states, supporting local HSEQ Advisors and ensuring consistency and alignment nationwide. This will involve regular travel to NSW and QLD, working closely with site teams to drive engagement and continuous improvement.

This dual focus means you'll need to be equally comfortable developing high-level strategy and rolling up your sleeves to support day-to-day operations.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a pivotal leadership role with the opportunity to make a lasting impact.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Based in Melbourne, you will lead and develop a HSEQ operations team across VIC, NSW & QLD
- Guide executive-led safety initiatives, ensuring high engagement and accountability
- Drive capability uplift within the safety team and across the organisation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and continuous improvement in maintenance of HSEQ systems
- Risk management including safety in design, high-risk activity workshops, SWMS, SOPs, and PPE
- Identify training needs and where required, organise and deliver training, provide on the job coaching to ensure all staff understand current policies and procedures.
- Monitor, analyse and report on key HSEQ performance indicators to measure effectiveness of plans
- Support the strategic rollout of standardised systems and practices across our sites
- Oversee and manage Workcover claims from lodgement through to resolution, liaising with insurers, medical providers, and employees to ensure timely and accurate case management
About you
You're not just a safety professional; you're a change agent. You thrive in environments where you can influence culture, build trust, and make a lasting impact. You're comfortable working at both strategic and operational levels, and you know how to bring people along on the journey.
You'll bring:
- Relevant Qualification in Health, Safety, Environment or Quality related discipline
