We are a trusted contractor delivering end-to-end electrical and civil infrastructure solutions across Victoria. With a strong pipeline of projects, we are seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to join our team and drive our commitment to safety, quality, and environmental excellence.

About the role

As the HSEQ Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing health, safety, environment, and quality systems across the business. You will partner with project teams, site supervisors, and senior management to ensure compliance, promote a strong safety culture, and continually improve our HSEQ performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and maintaining company HSEQ management systems.
  • Driving a proactive safety culture across office and site environments.
  • Conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation, client requirements, and industry standards.
  • Leading incident investigations and corrective action processes.
  • Delivering training, inductions, and toolbox talks.
  • Reporting on HSEQ performance and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
About you

We're looking for someone who is confident in the field, practical in their approach, and proactive in supporting both our teams and clients.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in a similar HSEQ leadership role (construction, civil, or electrical highly regarded).
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, ISO standards, and industry compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Formal qualifications in Work Health & Safety or equivalent.
  • A results-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
