The company has been around since 2021 and we entered the Real Estate industry around 12 months ago. After significant early growth, we are now ready to expand our team to help support the growth.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role. Our Headquarters are in Bribie Island, QLD, Australia. The role will be virtual / work from home.

As a Data & Research Support team member, day-to-day tasks will include performing data analysis and data management, assisting in data modeling, and applying data analytics to various research projects.

The role will focus on supporting data-driven decision-making processes and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data used within the organization. Day-to-day, you will go through a due diligence process for each property coming to market and disqualify properties from our searches & call agents regarding properties that meet our FutureFocus Due Diligence process.

You will be required to make phone calls 'daily' to Real Estate Agents around Australia in markets we are currently purchasing to keep up to date with properties coming to market.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Real Estate as at least a Buyers/Sales Agent support (Essential). Note - If you do not have any Real Estate experience, please do not apply.
  • Proficiency in Data Analytics and Data Analysis (Required)
  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex data (Required)
  • Experience with Data Management, Data Modeling & Research (Desirable)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling (Required)
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities (Required)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment (Required)
  • Qualifications in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, or related discipline (Desirable but definitely not required)
  • Experience in research support is beneficial
