Project Manager / Business Analyst – Client Service Transformation

Are you a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to delivering change? We're seeking an experienced
Project Manager / Business Analyst
to lead a critical review and transformation of client service and sales support functions for a leading investment management firm.

This high-impact role will shape the future of how we engage and support our investors, driving improvements in efficiency, scalability, and proactive service delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Analyse & Assess:
    Map and evaluate current client service and sales support processes, identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risk exposures.
  • Engage Stakeholders:
    Collaborate with internal teams and external providers through interviews and workshops.
  • Strategize:
    Recommend optimal engagement models, risk mitigation strategies, and best practices for servicing functions.
  • Deliver Change:
    Develop project plans, change management strategies, and success metrics. Lead or support implementation of recommendations.
  • Product Development:
    Project manage new product launches and assist with business case development.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a
    Project Manager and/or Business Analyst
    in financial services, ideally within a fund management environment.
  • Strong understanding of client service operations, sales support, and outsourcing models.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Desirable:

  • Experience with direct-to-investor models and adviser servicing.
  • Knowledge of Australian regulatory requirements.
  • Strategic mindset with practical problem-solving skills.
