Absolute Home Care is actively seeking an experienced, mature, reliable, and passionate candidate to fill the position of South Side Roster Coordinator. As a Roster Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficient operation of our care services by managing the staff roster, ensuring all shifts are adequately covered, and handling staffing changes and leave requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and maintain scheduling data in the company's roster management system, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • You will also be responsible for promptly communicating any roster adjustments to both consumers and staff.
  • Ideal candidates must have good communication skills, must be able to work well in a team and must be able to work under pressure.
  • The roster coordinator will be the primary point of contact for staff regarding roster-related inquiries, ensuring clear and timely communication of schedule changes or updates.
  • Identify opportunities for improving scheduling processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Must be able to use roster management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make decisions quickly is important.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,232.00 per year
