About the role:      

The Property Administrator assists the Real Estate team with the delivery of property portfolio management services by completing data administration tasks, financial processing and document management to a high standard following due process.

About you:

To be considered for this role you will have;

  • Intermediate financial knowledge including rent receipting, invoicing and reconciliations; 
  • Familiarity with lease agreements, terms, renewals, rent reviews and terminations;
  • Attention to detail in maintaining accurate and up-to-date property and financial records.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proficiency in computer applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

SAP -EAM experience is highly desirable.
