Northend Medical Centre is a primarily Bulk-Billing clinic located in Epping, Victoria. We are after an energetic and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our large and supportive team of healthcare professionals.

Our practice is open on weekdays from 7.30am to 11pm, and on weekends from 9am to 9pm, and we are looking for a team member to join us on selected weekdays after 3pm, with some weekend shifts available too. We have regular shift availability, and we are ideally after an enthusiastic staff member who is available to cover shifts for existing staff members as needed by Northend Medical Centre.

The role includes several duties which include (but are not limited to) appointment scheduling, patient check-in, billing & invoicing of appointments, correspondence management, and other administrative duties.

COVID-19 considerations:
Reception desk has Perspex shields installed for the safety of Receptionists.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Epping, VIC 3076: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Medical receptionist: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Medical Director Pracsoft/Clinical: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (preferred)
- Day Shift (preferred)
